Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm w/ possible OT when need be plus on-call hours.

The Service Technician's primary responsibilities include:

  • Delivery and setup of medical equipment in patient's home or health care facility
  • Patient and/or caregiver instruction on safe and effective use of equipment
  • Detailed documentation of deliveries and inventory via electronic device
  • Equipment maintenance, cleaning, and light repair
  • Warehouse and vehicle maintenance and upkeep
  • JOB IS PHYSICALLY DEMANDING 


Challenges: While being a Service Technician and providing excellent services to our patients is highly rewarding, it can at times also be quite challenging. 

Our company operates 24/7 and therefore we expect all employees to have flexible schedules, be available for on-call duty, and be prepared to work a significant amount of time after business hours and over the weekends. (Rotating On-Call with other team members in the branch with additional compensation for days on call.) At least one weekend day is required. 

Service Technicians spend a large amount of time behind the wheel, driving hundreds of miles each day in the company box truck. Your driving skills and driver's record must be exceptional to handle the demands of the position. 

Requirements of this position

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Driving candidates must be at least 21 years old
  • Candidates between the age of 21 and 25 - MUST HAVE a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD (No citations or accidents)
  • MUST be able to lift up to 80 pounds repetitively on a daily basis
  • Flexibility and availability for on-call duties
  • Friendly and polite personality
